erlang-bitcask-dev software package provides Log-Structured Hash Table for Fast Key/Value Data (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-bitcask-dev
erlang-bitcask-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-bitcask-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-bitcask-dev *
You will get with erlang-bitcask-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
